Draft Environmental Impact Statement

This Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) was prepared to assess the environmental consequences of the National Indian Gaming Commission’s (NIGC) approval of a management contract between the Federated Indians of Graton Rancheria (Tribe) and SC Sonoma Management, LLC.  The foreseeable consequence of this federal action will be the transfer of land into trust and the development of a casino/hotel resort either on the Wilfred site, the Stony Point site or the Lakeville site, in Sonoma County, California. The effects of seven alternatives, including an alternative use and a No Action alternative, are analyzed within this DEIS.
